| Commission Rights |
I reserve the right to refuse any commission I feel I cannot complete for any reason. I want you to have the best piece possible, and I will not settle for “trying to make it work” if I feel that my skills cannot match the expectation.
You will receive a full-resolution version of your finished piece as well as a lower-resolution version to be used when posting the piece to your social accounts, should you wish to do so.
By ordering a commission, you agree that you will not, under any circumstances, use your finished piece in any crypto, NFT, or AI-related software.

| Image Rights |
The client retains all rights to their character / fursona.
Upon request, the client may have their name undisclosed in social media or advertising.
I reserve the right to use completed commissions on social media and advertisements.
Unless the client has purchased the rights to the image, they may not sell or redistribute the completed commission in commercial settings: the client cannot make money from the artwork if they have not paid for exclusive image rights. Should the client wish to hold exclusive image rights, an additional 100% is required, and the client must not remove my signature from the piece.
Unless exclusive image rights have been purchased, the finished commission has the chance to become a print or other merchandise in the future.
The client is welcome to crop the image for social media icons, but proper credit in the bio is required.

| What I Tend Not to Draw |
These are themes I typically do not draw due to a conflict of interest or a lack of skill level required. However, you are always welcome to reach out and ask if you are unsure if your request lies within an uncomfortable area. I want to ensure you are receiving the best piece possible, and I am willing to work with you to reach an agreement.

Should your commission include pornography featuring a character you do not own, explicit consent from the character’s owner is required in writing.

| Payment |
Payment is required upfront; payment plans are currently unavailable.
Payment is in USD via PayPal or Square invoice. The final price of the commission will include the fees charged by the respective invoice platform.
If payment has not been received within 48 hours without prior discussion of an extension, the commission will be cancelled.
